RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • VAPOR LYFE must first be informed of your returns or exchanges via email or telephone before shipping out your item.
  • Any merchandise must be returned within 14 days after the order’s delivery.
  • Merchandise must be unused and in New condition to qualify for a return or exchange.
  • Merchandise must be accompanied by the invoice and original packaging.

EXCHANGES & PROCESSING

  • Exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days after we have receive the exchanged item.
  • Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

COUPON CODES

  • Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout. You must press “Apply” to see the order total updated.
  • We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.
  • Only one code can be used on a purchase.
  • Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.

Do you ship worldwide?

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in 180+ countries and islands worldwide. If we don’t ship to your country, contact us so we can go the extra mile and discuss alternative shipping arrangements. We will continue growing to meet the needs of all our customers worldwide.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs processing & fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location. These are our estimates:

Please Note: We will contact you if your country is ineligible for ePacket shipping. In these rare cases, please allow up to 45 days for your free delivery.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes! All of our orders include a tracking number. You will receive an email once your order ships containing your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.


Payment Methods

In our retail store, we accept Debit, Cash and all major credit cards.

Online Payment methods include PayPal, major credit cards (via PayPal) and money transfer via Western Union or Interac eTransfer for our Canadian customers. Signing up for a PayPal account is not required to pay with credit card.

Why PayPal?

PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make your payment quickly and easily. PayPal can be used to purchase items by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), debit card, or e-check (i.e. using your regular bank account). Usually, PayPal e-check will take 3-5 business days to be confirmed by PayPal. Your Order will be shipped out once confirmation of payment is received.

By using PayPal, you can trace the status of your payment and make purchases directly from your bank account – a credit card isn’t necessary! If you do decide to use your credit card through PayPal, nobody will see your credit card number (not even us) which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use. We do not store credit card or bank information on our servers. We want you to be confident in making purchases online with us by offering only the most secure payment options the internet offers.

How do I pay with PayPal?

1) After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click “Checkout with PayPal” which will redirect you to PayPal’s payment page.

2) To pay, you can sign in to your existing PayPal account or you can create a new one if you haven’t already registered for one. Keep in mind, registering for PayPal is not necessary to pay with credit card. On PayPal’s payment page, you can select to pay with a credit card without registering.
